Closing dates and  punch list walk throughs are being assigned and scheduled for the upcoming weeks.

ONCE YOU HAVE A CLOSING DATE PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING!

Please review the following information:

  1. Orientation Schedule:
    • An initial orientation will be scheduled as soon as possible after closing. During this session, you will receive keys, access fobs, and specific instructions for transferring electric and internet/cable. It is advisable not to attempt to transfer utilities prior to this orientation.
      • Contact kaleabayt400admin @guestservices.com or (239) 544-4020 to schedule. No access to the building may be granted prior to closing on your unit
    • A more comprehensive unit orientation will be arranged for the time of move-in to familiarize you with the layout and features of your new home.
  2. Elevator and Parking Reservation:
    • If you anticipate large deliveries, such as furniture or appliances, it is essential to reserve the elevator and unloading areas. While priority elevator use will be granted, please note that it is not exclusive. Due to limited parking availability, moving or supply trucks will only be able to unload one at a time.
  3. Payment Submission:
    • Please submit a check for $800 to Building Management for incidentals and dumpster usage. Elevator reservations cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Kindly make checks payable to Tower 400 at Kalea Bay and mail them to the address below:

If you are having post-close work completed in your unit, please email Building Management a list of the subcontractors, vendors, designers, etc. that will require access. All subcontractors must have the following on file priorto access granted into the building:

  • Certificate Of Insurance (Worker’s Comp, Liability)*
  • Business License
  • Contact Informationprior to

*Additional Insured on COI must be listed as:
