We are excited to share another construction update as we near completion of Tower 500. The parking garage and deck are now striped, and the next time you arrive at Kalea Bay, your unit number will be displayed on your assigned parking space(s).
Landscaping continues to be installed around the Tower, while high above, the rooftop Sky Deck is taking shape and getting closer to welcoming residents for those first dips in the pool and sunset cocktails from the top of Tower 500.
As part of the parking striping, the construction team was also able to create seven additional guest parking spaces on the ground level near the garage entry. This area will be incorporated into the legal footprint of Tower 500 for the exclusive use of Tower 500 residents and their guests.
