As we move into the final months of construction, I wanted to share an update on Tower 500’s progress. The building is truly taking shape, and it’s an exciting time to watch your future home come to life.
Here’s where things currently stand:
– Stucco is complete on the majority of the Tower
– Skydeck and pool tile is approximately 90% complete
– Astroturf installation on the skydeck is expected within the next week or two
– The mail room boxes have been installed with the stone top still to be templated
– Tile and wood flooring are 85% complete in the lobby area
– Window protection has been removed from approximately 90% of the building
– Landscape planting of trees and grass has begun and will continue in the coming weeks.
As always, timelines on a project of this scale can shift slightly due to weather, material deliveries, or inspections, we will make sure to update the website if anything changes.
